dachatwin I've loved this album since I first heard 'Pick up the Phone' on MTV2 at 1 o'clock in the morning. The Notwist's whole discography is now in my collection and they are in my top five bands of all time list. The live album, 'Superheroes, Ghostvillains and Stuff' is my personal favourite. I love the extended takes on some of my favourite songs, like 'Pilot', 'Gravity' and 'Gloomy Planets'. Favorite track: One with the Freaks.

This blew my mind when it came out & still does just about every time I listen again. I had to have this in my Bandcamp. I would've easily have paid double... to say this is a masterpiece honestly doesn't do this record justice. It's right up there with Bon Iver's "For Emma..."
This, in my humble opinion, is minimal techno, or acoustic electro, whatever you want to label it, at its absolute best Favorite track: Neon Golden.

alvarfj The lamentable tragedy of the german effiency- captured in the spastic wasteland between classical and contemporary. Favorite track: One with the Freaks.

Bas Rijmtuin I love the richness of the album - so many different sounds, electronic and acoustic instruments. It gives the album a really special intimate atmosphere Favorite track: Pick Up The Phone.

jjaassppeerr I love the way it combines pleasant guitar tones with sometimes harsh electric drum beats to create something that's overall beautiful. Favorite track: Pick Up The Phone.

TKafka sheer pop brilliance, with splashes of indie rock, electronica... pure joy all around Favorite track: One with the Freaks.
